Product Returns – Cancellations
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchanges can be made for products of equal or greater value.
In the case of an exchange, you send the package back to us, and the return shipping costs are covered by us. However, to receive the new package, shipping costs amount to €2.50. For each subsequent exchange, shipping costs are €5.00.
Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as when received, with the special markings (tags/barcodes) intact, along with the retail receipt.
For Cyprus
Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date you receive your package. The shipping costs to send the package back to us are your responsibility. The product must be in excellent condition, as received, and the special markings (tags/barcodes) must not have been removed.
In the event of a company error in the shipment of the product or receipt of a defective product, shipping costs are fully covered by our company.
For the refund process, indicate on the exchange form that you wish for a refund and provide the bank, the account holder’s name, and the account number (IBAN) where the deposit should be made. The refund will be processed within the next 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
In the case of a transfer to a different bank, the transfer fee will be borne by the recipient (Customer) and not the sender (website). The company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear to the products after their use and is not obligated to replace such products.
